The Spring Equinox is a potent time where we experience a balance of night and day and the transition of seasons. It is a time to begin to nurture the soil and plant the seeds for what we would like to grow in the Spring and Summer months to come. The Full Moon amplifies these energies as she illuminates that which needs to be seen to create balance within our inner landscape.

Join Jot Anant and Ashley for a celebration honoring the cycles of nature and balance of solar and lunar with movement, pranayama, and a restorative Yog Nidra practice. Together, we will also reflect upon the seeds that we would like to grow into our reality with a sharing circle.
